Adjustment seat breakage
Causes:
① the elbow plate and adjusting seat related elbow plate pad design quality is not qualified, or due to the replacement of the new elbow plate, elbow plate pad parts of the installation and design process and the original match does not match, easy to fracture damage.
② The adjusting seat’s connecting bolt has loosened, the adjusting seat is shifted, when the work load increases, it will break due to not bearing the heavy load.
③ Adjustment seat of the casting production process is not qualified, casting heat treatment is not up to standard or welding defects will leave the fracture hidden trouble.
Solutions:
① Timely detection of loose connection bolts can avoid the adjustment seat fracture, fracture occurred early replacement of new adjusting seat parts.
② Replace the original elbow plate, elbow plate pad and adjusting seat with new ones with quality assurance, and also check before production.
