Reasons:
- Sprung fracture
- Tension rod is broken
- Elbow plate (thrust plate) falls off or broken
Solutions:
- Replace the new sprung
- Replace the new tension rod
- Reinstall the fallen thrust plate into place; replace the broken thrust plate with a compliant new one (due to the high working intensity of the jaw crusher, the thrust plate is the safety device of the jaw crusher, please contact hotonmach engineer to measure for you.)
