Basal fracture
The vibration energy generated during normal operation is not sufficient to fracture the substrate

Causes:
It is mainly caused by the unstable factors during the operation of the jaw crusher.
- The crushing cavity is seriously blocked, thus causing strong vibration of the machinery, which has a strong impact on the substrate, and after many times of similar vibration, it is likely that the substrate will be fractured.
- Serious bearing wear
- The v-belt is too loose or too tight causing the crusher to vibrate
- The crusher jaw plate is not original or has been modified, which will also make the crusher run with uneven force on the body and twist and swing, causing the crusher to fracture at the base.
- The crusher has ever had the base fracture, carried out simple welding or there are welding defects, so that the machinery may also cause the base fracture during normal operation.

Solutions:
- Welding repair
- Bury the larger diameter high-strength foundation bolts in the concrete foundation, so that even if the crusher blockage operation produces strong vibration, it will not adversely affect the base of the crusher.
- The crusher is prone to abnormal vibration, consider adjusting the jaw plate, bearing, belt and other vibration inducing factor parts.
- Keep the crusher running stably
