Jaw Crusher Use and Shutdown
1. normal operation before feeding;
2. Adjust and control the feeding material, the material size should not exceed 80%-85% of the width of the feed opening; the material to be crushed should be evenly added to the crushing cavity, avoiding side feeding to prevent sudden change of load or sudden increase on one side;
3. Feed height not higher than 2/3 of the jaw chamber;
4. The temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 30℃ under normal operation, and the maximum temperature rise should not exceed 70℃;
5. Stop feeding before stopping, and turn off the motor or diesel engine only after the material in the crushing chamber has been completely emptied;
6. When using, stop due to blockage, immediately shut down the motor (diesel engine), wait until the material is discharged before using again;
7. To do a good job of cleaning up the hygiene and checking all parts of the machine after shutdown;
8. Use of one end of the jaw plate when it is worn and turned around;
