Downtime phenomenon

Causes:
- motor, diesel engine problems
- Triangle belt is too loose, the formation of belt slippage
- The discharge port is blocked, forming a full cavity blockage material
- the operating site voltage is too low, the host encountered large pieces of material, powerless crushing (diesel engine power is not enough)
- The eccentric shaft of the equipment is tight, and the bushing of the eccentric shaft is loose, forming no gap around the bearing seat of the frame, so that the eccentric shaft is stuck and has no way to roll
- The bearing is damaged

Solutions:
- Replace the motor or diesel engine
- Adjust or replace the v-belt can be tightened
- The discharge port blockage removal, to ensure that the material can be unblocked
- Adjust the voltage of the operating site, so that it fits the requirements of the host operating voltage (increase the throttle of the diesel engine to increase the power output or replace the suitable diesel engine)
- Need to reinstall or replace the bushing
- Replace the bearing
