About Jaw Crusher Parts Lubrication
1. Except for the jaws, all friction surfaces including the steel frame base hinge parts and the rotating joint surface need to be lubricated to ensure the normal operation of the machine and prolong the service life.
2. The grease should be decided according to the use location, temperature and other conditions, and generally lithium-based, calcium-based, sodium-based or calcium-sodium-based grease can be used. For the lubrication of moving jaw bearing and seat bearing, molybdenum disulfide lithium grease is used.Except for bearings, other friction surfaces including hinge parts and places where rotational bonding occurs can be lubricated with engine oil.
3. The grease in the bearing is 40-70% of its volume, add oil once a week and replace it once every three months; the bearing and bearing seat must be cleaned with clean gasoline or kerosene before replacement;
5. Elbow plate and elbow plate pad contact at the machine before starting, must be added to the machine oil; add oil once a day
