Uneven discharge:
Reasons:
1. When the material size is too large/hard, the material size in the crushing cavity is too large or too hard, which will lead to the material size deviation (uneven distribution) in the crushing cavity of the jaw crusher, and the material put into the jaw cavity cannot be completely crushed, resulting in uneven discharge.
2. When materials containing too much water enter the crushing cavity of the jaw crusher, they will stick together and cause material blockage in the crushing cavity, which reduces the crushing capacity of the equipment, resulting in uneven material discharge.
3. When too much material is put into the crushing cavity, it is easy to block the material in the crushing cavity and occupy part of the space in the crushing cavity so that the material crushing space is reduced and the particle size of the material crushed by the jaw crusher may be uneven.
4. Improperly sized jaw crusher discharge opening can easily cause the material that has been crushed to be discharged in time, resulting in blockage of the material, affecting the crushing situation of the material, aggravating the blockage of the material and causing uneven crushing of the material.
5. The motor wiring position is reversed and the moving jaws rotate clockwise
6. Jaw displacement, top of tooth relative to top of tooth
7. The gap between the moving jaw and the bearing is too large after wear, causing the outer ring of the bearing to rotate; if this situation is not repaired or replaced in time, the damage to the machine will become more and more serious, which will cause great production losses and lead to early scrapping of the Jaw Crusher.
8. The discharge opening is less than the limit, and the hardness or toughness of the material to be crushed exceeds that specified in the instructions for use of the jaw crusher.
9. Low voltage at the work site
Solutions:
- use suitable size of jaw crusher according to the material situation; screen and classify the material to be crushed;
- the moisture content of the material to be crushed by the jaw crusher should be less than 15%; for materials to be crushed with a moisture content higher than 15%, please choose the appropriate crusher equipment or dry the materials to be crushed;
- the feeding speed of the jaw crusher should not be too fast, and the amount of crushed material in the jaw cavity should be less than 2/3 of the volume of the jaw cavity;
- adjust the discharge opening or replace the jaw crusher with a suitable type of jaw crusher;
- adjust the motor wiring to triangle connection;
- adjust the sliding jaw plate position or replace the jaw plate with a new compliant one;
- replace the bearing/moving jaw body;
- adjust the size of the discharge opening or add a fine jaw crusher
- add voltage converter and regulator
