Abnormal bearing temperature rise
Description:
Because the bearing alloy used to cast the shaft tile below 100 ℃ to work properly, if more than this temperature should immediately stop to check and troubleshoot. Check the method is: if there is a thermometer on the bearing, then you can directly observe its indication figures, if there is no thermometer installed available hand touch, that is, with the back of the hand on the tile shell, to the hot put not, about no more than 5s, this time the temperature are more than 60 ℃.

The jaw crusher is equipped with two pairs of bearings
- between the frame and the eccentric shaft, usually called the frame bearing;
- between the moving jaw and the eccentric shaft, usually called the moving jaw bearing;
Two teams of bearings will crushing material load transfer to the frame when the crusher is running, is one of the important parts.

Reasons:
- Severe bearing wear or cage damage
Once the bearings are worn out, over time, the inner ring, outer ring, rolling body and cage of the bearings will change in size, the bearing clearance will increase and the running speed will decrease, thus causing the temperature of the bearings to rise.
- Bearing quality is poor, the original clearance is small
If the clearance of the bearing does not reach the specified value, it will cause the clearance to be too small after installation, thus causing the bearing to heat up during operation and the temperature to rise gradually.
- Wrong axial positioning of the bearing
Once the axial positioning problem occurs, the labyrinth ring or bearing gland is not installed in place, and the eccentric axial side of the operation is crosstalk, thus reducing the bearing clearance and causing the bearing to heat up.
- Dynamic jaw bearing hole processing error is large
Bearing hole processing error, coaxiality exceeds the allowable value, resulting in two discs of dynamic jaw bearings installed bearing outer ring coaxiality error, causing the clearance becomes smaller, bearing heating.
- Spindle processing problem
Both sides of the spindle installed bearing journal coaxiality error is too large, more than the design allowable value, so that the inner ring coaxiality error after the installation of the two ends of the bearing is too large, resulting in small clearance, bearing heat.
- Tightening bushing axial movement
In this case, the bearing cover on the frame should be dismantled, lock the tightening bushing and remove the flywheel or groove wheel, and replace the tightening bushing.
- Oil hole blockage, bearing out of oil
The amount of oil is too little or too much oil will cause the bearing temperature to rise and produce abnormalities.
- Bearing seat processing accuracy can not meet the requirements.
- Improper selection of lubricant
The viscosity is too low or too high, it is difficult to form an oil film, so that the heat generated in the operation of the bearing can not be taken away, causing heat.
- Non-bearing temperature rise
- Frictional heating between the sealing sleeve of the moving jaw and the end cover;
- The double embedded cover of the frame bearing seat rotates together with the main shaft, causing frictional heating;
Solutions:
- Replace the bearing;
- Select the appropriate lubricant; and before filling the new lubricating grease, clean the original grease, air dry and fill with new lubricant;
- Replace the housing bearing housing;
- replace the moving jaw body group, the moving jaw body group includes: eccentric shaft, moving jaw body forehead bearing group, moving jaw body, both sides of the gland and dust cover and other supporting parts;
